Ms. Jweshvari Tupe | Membrane Technology | Best Researcher Award

Ms. Jweshvari Vidyadhar Tupe is an accomplished mechanical engineer and researcher from Panvel, Navi Mumbai, currently pursuing her PhD. She holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering with a specialization in CAD/CAM and Robotics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, both completed with distinction from Pillai College of Engineering, New Panvel. With over five years of teaching experience, she has served as Assistant Professor, Research Assistant, and Teaching Assistant at reputed institutions, instructing subjects including Engineering Graphics, CAD/CAM/CAE, FEA, Machine Design, Mechatronics, and Production Planning. Ms. Tupe has a strong research focus on natural fiber reinforced composites and membrane technologies for water filtration and desalination, authoring several publications in international journals and conference proceedings. She has also filed a product innovation patent titled “Natural Fiber Reinforced Composites for Filtration of Water.” Her work has been recognized with awards including first and third prizes at the Avishkar Research Convention, Best Paper Award at CTFC, She is a certified Mechanical Designer by Dassault Systems and actively engages in professional development through multiple value addition courses and workshops, covering areas such as AI, computational fluid mechanics, polymer processing, 3D printing, and advanced materials. Beyond academia, Ms. Tupe contributes as a digital content creator on her YouTube channel “Learn for Dreams” and has coordinated various institutional activities including CAD labs, CLPBL programs, cultural events, and social media initiatives. Fluent in English, Marathi, and Hindi, she is driven by curiosity, a passion for learning, and creative pursuits such as music and Mehndi art. Her career exemplifies a blend of technical expertise, research innovation, teaching excellence, and community engagement, reflecting her dedication to advancing engineering education and sustainable technology solutions.
