Dr. Were Simon O is a seasoned hospitality management expert with a Ph.D. in Hospitality Management from Kenyatta University, Kenya. He specializes in food service quality and cultural determinants of food choices. With over a decade of experience, Dr. Simon currently serves as a Lecturer and Program Leader at Masinde Muliro University of Science and Technology.
