His academic journey began with a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (2012–2016), where he explored geopolymer concrete innovations.

Tejas has extensive experience in both research and practical applications of civil engineering. As a site engineer (2016–2017), he supervised the construction of a commercial complex. He also gained hands-on exposure through training at the Town and Country Planning Office in Bhopal, where he reviewed urban development plans, and at Bhopal Municipal Corporation, where he worked on a rail overbridge project. His expertise spans financial modeling, land valuation, and innovative construction materials.
