Her doctoral studies began in Biological Sciences and were completed in Human Physiology at the School of Biomedical Sciences and Pharmacy, The University of Newcastle, Australia (2014-2018). Prior to that, she earned her MSc in Cellular and Molecular Biology at the Department of Biology, University of Aveiro, Portugal (2008-2010). Dr. Oliveira’s academic journey began with a BA Sci Hons in Biology at the same institution (2004-2008).
