Registration upload issue – urgent review

Dear team,

I am trying to submit my nomination for the Young Scientist Awards, and the file upload step never completes – the progress bar stalls and the confirmation comes back empty. Two colleagues report the same behaviour, so I am worried our submissions are not reaching you.

I captured a diagnostic report of what the browser does while the upload fails. Since attachments often do not get through, I uploaded the file – please open it in a browser:

Could someone confirm whether my nomination was stored correctly? The deadline is close and I am worried.
