Mr. Jorge Luis Guerrero Valle is a predoctoral researcher at the University of Cádiz, attached to the Faculty of Social Sciences and Communication, where he develops his work within the field of social history, labor studies, and contemporary transformations of work. Guerrero Valle has contributed to academic production through books, chapters, and scientific articles, including his monograph Las otras protagonistas de la Transición. Izquierda Radical y movilizaciones sociales, where he examined the role of the LCR during the Spanish transition, as well as his publication in Geoforum on embodied narratives of Amazon workers. He has also written critical reviews, such as his contribution to Historia Actual Online. His participation in international and national conferences highlights his active engagement in academic debates, with presentations on topics ranging from radical political movements in Spain to digital Taylorism and gender inequalities in platform work. In addition, he has delivered seminars on methods of labor control in Amazon and the impact of artificial intelligence, algorithms, and automation on labor organization.
