Mr. Kiram Tadesse is an experienced development professional, consultant, and researcher with extensive expertise in program management, consultancy, and strategic planning across local and international development contexts. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager at Ultimate Consultancy Services, he provides leadership, coordination, and strategic direction across multiple programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and professional standards. He actively leads research, advisory, and operational activities, develops frameworks for program assessment, and implements initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Prior to this, he worked independently as a consultant, trainer, and researcher, designing and delivering high-quality workshops on leadership, youth and women empowerment, communication, and business development services, while conducting impactful research on development and communication practices. Mr. Tadesse has contributed significantly to academic and professional discourse, with publications including “Transboundary Water Resources Management Practices: Comparative Analysis of Nile and Senegal River Basins” (Ethiopian Journal of Development Research, 2025), “Seeking African Solutions” (ChinAfrica, 2022), and “Widening Africa’s Gateway” (ChinAfrica, 2020), among others, demonstrating his thought leadership in development and resource management. His work has garnered recognition and citations for advancing knowledge in sustainable development, water resource management, and African development initiatives. With strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills, Mr. Tadesse continues to drive impactful projects and research that strengthen institutional capacities and promote innovative, sustainable solutions in Africa and beyond.
