š Teaching and Curriculum Development
Dr. Al Harrasi has coordinated and taught a variety of courses, including Human Resources Management, Organizational Behavior, and Business Communication, at the University of Technology and Applied Science in Muscat and previously at Middle East College and Muscat College. He has also designed curricula for several HRM-related courses and supervised numerous Masterās dissertations and graduation projects.

Dr. Al Harrasi has received several awards, including the OSHRM Award 2023 for Best Research During Covid-19. His research spans across HR practices, employee development, and the impact of social media on entrepreneurship in Oman. He has also successfully secured funding for multiple research projects and contributed to a forthcoming book on AI in higher education.
