I am currently working on:

  • Single nucleotide gene polymorphisms (SNPs) of interleukins (ILs) and their association with cervical cancer susceptibility.
  • Evaluation of interleukins and other markers’ levels through ELISA.
  • Human papillomavirus (HPV) analysis through RT-PCR, a recognized causative agent for cervical cancer and other carcinomas.
  • Diagnostic tests for HLA-B-27 and MDTB through RT-PCR.
  • COVID-19 testing through RT-PCR.

Additionally, I have experience in the molecular biology of various cancers and other diseases, focusing on signaling pathways, angiogenesis, cell proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy, inflammation, oxidative stress, and targeted therapeutic interventions.
