Dr. Chenyang Gou is a Ph.D. candidate in Management Science and Engineering at the University of Science and Technology of China, under the supervision of Prof. Shaofu Du. He holds an M.S. in Applied Economics from Southwest University of Science and Technology and a B.S. in Business Administration from Xichang University. His research interests focus on operations management, innovative operations, and low-carbon operations . He has published papers in prestigious journals such as Environmental Science and Pollution Research and Emerging Markets Finance and Trade . Dr. Gou has received multiple awards, including the Outstanding Master’s Thesis and National Encouragement Scholarships .

Chenyang Gou has been involved in significant research projects, including as a main participant in the National Social Science Foundation of China (Sep. 2020 – Present), focusing on the mechanisms of population transition and R&D innovation’s impact on industrial structural transformation (Grant Nos. 20XJL013). As a principal investigator (Apr. 2020–Dec. 2022), he led the Mianyang Philosophy and Social Science Research Planning Fund project on technological innovation in small and medium-sized enterprises (Grant Nos. MY2020ZC001). He also managed the Graduate Student Innovation Fund (Jul. 2020–May 2022), studying the impact of green credit policy on corporate green innovation under financing constraints (Grant Nos. 20ycx0033).
