Dr. Xiang Chen’s professional career spans both industry and academia. After earning his Bachelor’s degree, he worked as a Hydraulic Engineering Designer at the Hydraulic Design Institute (2016-2018), where he contributed to hydraulic system designs for large-scale projects. In 2020, he began a part-time position as a Lecturer at Chongqing Vocational College of Architectural Engineering while pursuing his Master’s and Doctorate degrees.
