One of my most memorable collaborations has been with a medical navigation company, bridging medicine and engineering. We focused on clinical periodontal treatment, offering digital solutions that have set benchmarks and pushed industry standards forward.

Contributions
My research has focused on mixed reality-assisted navigation technology to enhance the precision and safety of subgingival scaling in severe periodontitis. By providing “X-ray vision” for dentists, this technology reduces the learning curve for rural and entry-level practitioners. It holds the potential to revolutionize treatment modes and research directions in periodontics, with wide application in clinical practice. Our work was honored at the 2nd China Digital Health AI Innovation and Application Competition.
