Assoc. Prof. Dr. Demokrat Nuha is an esteemed chemist and academic at the University for Business and Technology (UBT) in Kosovo, where he serves in the Faculties of Pharmacy and Food Sciences and Biotechnology. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Eskişehir Technical University and an MSc in Organic Chemistry from Anadolu University, Dr. Nuha has extensive research experience in synthesizing bioactive compounds. He previously worked as a research scientist at Anadolu University and an organic chemist at Gentipharm Pharmaceuticals. Fluent in Albanian, English, and Turkish, he is recognized for his leadership, collaboration skills, and expertise in computational chemistry software.

Assist Prof Dr. Nandkishor B. Shirsath is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Chemistry at Malegaon, affiliated with Savitribai Phule Pune University, Pune. With an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry, B.Ed., and Ph.D. from KBC-NMU, Jalgaon, he has been active in academia since 2019. His research focuses on polymer composites, with significant contributions in CO2 capture and biodegradable nanocomposites. Assist Prof Dr. Shirsath has published 16 research papers, authored 3 book chapters, and has presented his work at numerous national and international conferences. He is also a recipient of multiple awards, including the Young Scientist Award by the Indian Council of Chemists, and serves as a reviewer for several scientific journals.
