Currently overseeing the research work of 5 Ph.D. students specializing in Marketing and Human Resource Management. Mentored Ms. Nidhi Phutela’s extensive study on “Dimensions of Consumer Trust for Online Tourism Companies in India,” earning her a Ph.D. from Lovely Professional University, Punjab. Actively mentoring 12 MBA students, guiding their research endeavors and aiding in the publication process.

Co-authored the book “Role Stress among Doctors; an In-house Study” with Kumar Suresh, published by LAP Lambert Academic Publishing GmbH in 2011. As a Principal Investigator, successfully completed a minor research project on the “Impact of Higher Education imparted by Indian Universities on Pro-Sustainability Orientation of Students,” fully funded (Rs 1.40 lakhs) by Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune, India, in 2018. As a Co-Investigator, contributed to the completion of a minor research project titled “Indian Higher education Institutions: Attaining Competitiveness through Internationalization,” fully funded (Rs. 1.10 lakhs) by Symbiosis International (Deemed University), Pune, India, in 2017.
