Dr. Zohreh Sadat Sangsefidi is an accomplished academic with a Ph.D. in Nutritional Sciences from Shahid Sadoughi University of Medical Sciences. She completed her M.Sc. and B.Sc. in Nutritional Sciences from Mashhad and Shahid Beheshti Universities, respectively. Currently a Faculty Member and Head of the Nutrition Department at North Khorasan University of Medical Sciences, Dr. Sangsefidi has held various leadership roles, including Head of the Exam Evaluation Committee and Scientific Advisor for Nutrition students. Her research interests include dietary patterns related to thyroid cancer, iodine status in pregnant women, and the effects of coenzyme Q10 and low carbohydrate diets on health.
