Udeme began his academic journey with a First School Leaving Certificate (FSLC) in 2005 and advanced steadily, earning a Distinction in National Diploma from Akwa Ibom State Polytechnic in 2013 . He obtained a First-Class B.Eng. in Civil Engineering from Akwa Ibom State University in 2019 , followed by an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering with Distinction from the University of Lagos in 2023 . Currently, he is pursuing his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering at Szechenyi Istvan University, Hungary (2024–present) . His academic background is complemented by excellent language proficiency in English, making him globally competent .
💼 Experience
Udeme has a diverse portfolio, starting as an Industrial Trainee across several organizations, including WiZCHINO, VKS Engineering, and the Ministry of Works. He completed NYSC at Delta State University and served as a Project Engineer at Jolly Fleet Ltd in 2020, overseeing critical upgrades and team coordination. Since 2020, he has been a Lecturer at Akwa Ibom State University, mentoring students, leading research supervision, and integrating tech-driven learning methods . He has chaired panels at international conferences and contributed to curriculum development, sustainability advocacy, and technical skill enhancement for future engineers .

He explores the use of lime and cement kiln dust for laterite soil enhancement and investigates recycled plastic in paving stone production to mitigate environmental impact . His studies assess highway pavement design, geotechnical shear strength, and eco-infrastructure, combining computational tools like AutoCAD, GIS, and Origin P8 to drive smart engineering solutions . His work champions sustainability, innovation, and the responsible use of local resources to solve Nigeria’s and global infrastructure challenges .
