He is also a Member of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) at the Royal College of Surgeons and Physicians, Glasgow (2024). His academic journey includes distinctions in anatomy, pathology, pharmacology, community dentistry, and general medicine.

He has extensive clinical and academic experience, having served as an Assistant Professor of Orthodontics at Baqai Dental College and a Lecturer at Dow International Dental College. Dr. Shoukat has also been an Orthodontic Instructor at Aga Khan University Hospital and has completed specialized training in cleft lip and palate treatment at Muskurahat Foundation Pakistan.
