I am a dedicated scientist with a PhD in Horticultural Agronomy. Starting a postdoctoral project at
Florida International University. Member QUVAE Research & Publications. I have ample skill and
experience in fruit growing, mainly in the cultivation of dragon fruit, which I have been working on for the
last 5 years in my master’s and doctorate, in addition, I have a particular fruit farm with 400 pitaya plants
and more than 1000 seedlings. I look forward to working with a team of researchers to contribute to
science. My PhD was focused on the area of shelf life and analyzes of bioactive compounds from pitaya
fruits, but I have accumulated a variety of areas with parallel work on water stress, use of silicon in
vegetables, multivariate statistical analysis with SAS JMP software, use of GraphPad Prism, Sisvar, in
addition to the Mendeley bibliographic manager, which make me an ideal candidate for bring a new
contribution. In addition, I have experience with scientific dissemination by giving lectures, organizing
national and international events, being one of the creators of the international group of pitaya researchers
on WhatsApp, laboratory administration, experience in training and supervising undergraduate students
and journal reviewer
