She served as a Research Assistant at the University of Macau (2013-2014) and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at City University of Hong Kong (2017). She was a Lecturer at Nanjing University of Science and Technology (2015-2018) and later an Associate Professor at South China University of Technology (2019-2022). From 2022 to 2024, she was a Professor at Hohai University before joining Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics in August 2024 as a full Professor. Her work significantly contributes to the development of high-performance and compact wireless communication systems.
