Dr. Elfakharani earned his PhD in International Trade and Investment Law from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He holds a Master of Laws from Almonofia University, Egypt, and a Bachelor of Laws from Zagazig University, Egypt. He also completed a legal studies program at Martin Luther University, Germany. His academic journey reflects his deep engagement in commercial and international law.

Dr. Elfakharani has over two decades of experience in law and academia. He is currently an Associate Professor of Law and has served as a lecturer at Taif University, Saudi Arabia, and a researcher at Universiti Utara Malaysia.
