He holds a PhD from Universiti Utara Malaysia and has extensive experience in legal research, arbitration, and academia. With a background in commercial law, he has served as a lecturer, researcher, and legal consultant in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and Malaysia. His expertise spans corporate law, administrative law, banking law, and arbitration. Dr. Elfakharani has contributed significantly to legal education, advising universities and law firms. Dr. Elfakharani earned his PhD in International Trade and Investment Law from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He holds a Master of Laws from Almonofia University, Egypt, and a Bachelor of Laws from Zagazig University, Egypt. He also completed a legal studies program at Martin Luther University, Germany. His academic journey reflects his deep engagement in commercial and international law.
