Beatriz Rodríguez Martínez, a Spanish national born on March 4, 1997, is a dedicated researcher with a strong background in chemical engineering and a profound interest in nanomaterials and sustainable technologies. She commenced her research journey at the University of Oviedo in November 2019, contributing to the project “Investigación sobre Nanomateriales Funcionales Avanzados” within the Nanovesículas, Membranas y Bioanálisis research group.
Her collaboration continued at the University of Vigo, where she delved into sustainable technologies for valorizing food industry by-products. Beatriz’s expertise expanded as she undertook successive roles in various research projects, showcasing her commitment to advancing knowledge in her field.
Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Science and Technology of Agri-Food at the University of Vigo, Beatriz holds a Master’s in Chemical Engineering from the University of Oviedo.
