Huiqin Du is an Associate Professor at the College of Information Science and Technology, Jinan University, China. She earned her B.Sc. in Electronic Information Science from Beijing University of Chemical Technology in 2004, followed by an M.Sc. in Radio Frequency Communication Systems from the University of Southampton, U.K., in 2006. She obtained her Ph.D. in Signal Processing from the University of Edinburgh in 2010. Before joining Jinan University in 2013, she worked as a Research Fellow at Queen’s University Belfast and the University of Edinburgh. Her research focuses on reconfigurable intelligent surfaces-assisted communications and integrated sensing and communication. She has authored numerous high-impact journal articles and serves as a reviewer for IEEE journals.
