His postdoctoral research includes stints at KAIST, South Korea (2004–2005), where he worked on polymer nanotubes, and at Seikei University, Japan (2005–2007), where he focused on polymer nanotechnology. Both positions were full-time, allowing him to immerse himself in cutting-edge research. Earlier, he completed his Post-graduate studies in Chemistry from Kongunadu Arts and Science College, Coimbatore, with a mark of 68%. His undergraduate education was completed at Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College, Coimbatore, where he earned a 67% in Chemistry. His early academic background is further supported by his HSC and SSLC from SIV Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Sirumugai, where he excelled with 80% marks. Experience 

Dr. P.S. Vijayanand has an extensive academic career spanning over 22 years. He began his journey as a Lecturer at Sri Ramakrishna Mission Vidyalaya College, Coimbatore (2003–2004), before moving to Bannari Amman Institute of Technology, Sathyamangalam. Here, he initially served as a Lecturer (2008–2010) and later progressed to Assistant Professor (2011–2016), Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) (2016–2018), and Head of Department (2018–2021). Currently, he holds the position of Associate Professor (since March 2023). Dr. Vijayanand’s experience includes extensive teaching and research roles, mentoring students, and leading various departmental initiatives. His involvement in postdoctoral research at prestigious international institutions such as KAIST and Seikei University further enhanced his academic profile. Throughout his career, he has balanced academic responsibilities with impactful research, solidifying his reputation as a dedicated educator and researcher in the field of Polymer Chemistry.
