Junhan Ji earned his Ph.D. in Social Work (2019–2023) from East China University of Science and Technology under Prof. Bin Fan through a nationally competitive full-time program. He previously completed his Master of Social Work (MSW) from Huazhong Agricultural University (2016–2018), guided by Prof. Jingwei Xiong, with a focus on applied practice. His academic journey began at the same institution, where he received a B.A. in Social Work (2012–2016), gaining foundational knowledge in community engagement, policy analysis, and welfare services. Throughout his academic training, Junhan developed a comprehensive understanding of both theoretical and applied aspects of social work. He emphasized practice-based learning and interdisciplinary approaches in all stages of his education. His doctoral research focused on psychological ownership, burnout, and turnover intention among social workers, laying the groundwork for a career devoted to improving social welfare systems through education and evidence-based policymaking.

Junhan Ji currently serves as a Lecturer in Social Work at Yiwu Industrial & Commercial College, where he was recruited as a high-level talent in 2023.
