Ā Dr. Pushpendra D Pratap |Cervical Cancer| Best Researcher Award
Completed my Ph.D. in Biochemistry under the supervision of Prof. Syed Tasleem Raza, Professor, Department of Biochemistry, and Controller of Examination (COE), from ERA University. I have a profound ability to comprehend complex technologies in biochemistry, genomics, proteomics, and more.
š¬ Current Research
I am currently working on:
- Single nucleotide gene polymorphisms (SNPs) of interleukins (ILs) and their association with cervical cancer susceptibility.
- Evaluation of interleukins and other markers’ levels through ELISA.
- Human papillomavirus (HPV) analysis through RT-PCR, a recognized causative agent for cervical cancer and other carcinomas.
- Diagnostic tests for HLA-B-27 and MDTB through RT-PCR.
- COVID-19 testing through RT-PCR.
Additionally, I have experience in the molecular biology of various cancers and other diseases, focusing on signaling pathways, angiogenesis, cell proliferation, apoptosis, autophagy, inflammation, oxidative stress, and targeted therapeutic interventions.
