Ā Dr. Julia Mindlin | Climate science | Best Researcher Award

Dr. Julia Mindlin I am a PhD-trained atmospheric and ocean sciences researcher with expertise in the effects of anthropogenic climate forcing on Southern Hemisphere atmospheric circulation. My academic journey includes a master’s equivalent in Geophysics from UNLP and a robust background in physical and statistical modeling, data analysis (Python, R), and interdisciplinary environmental studies. I have excelled in international collaborations, notably at University of Leipzig and University of Reading, and contributed significantly to workshops and conferences worldwide. As an Assistant Professor at UBA, I lead research initiatives, mentor students, and actively engage in scientific outreach and leadership roles within global climate research communities.
