Top-level design of carbon peaking in the Yellow River Basin based on economic-energy-environment model
March 2023 – Present Analyzed economic, energy, and environmental development in Shandong Province. Identified industrial sector correlations using input-output tables. Analyzed energy consumption from intermediate processing to terminal consumption. Calculated carbon emissions in Shandong Province over the past 20 years.
Research on high-quality development path of chemical industry in Daqing City under the “dual carbon” goal
December 2022 – November 2023 Conducted economic, energy, and environmental analysis of the chemical industry in China and Daqing City. Depicted material flow in the Daqing chemical industry chain (ethylene, propylene, aromatics). Used value-energy-carbon flow analysis and expert interviews to propose green, low-carbon, high value-added chemical products.
Circular economy development plan of Jiang’an Economic Development Zone, Sichuan Province
September 2022 – June 2023 Mapped the lithium battery industry chain network and value flow (225GWh production capacity scenario). Established circular economy development index system with categories like economic development, resource utilization, and ecological improvement. Analyzed power battery manufacturer capacity distribution in China.
The 14th Five-Year Plan for Zero-Waste Blueprint of the Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area
September 2021 – December 2022 Explored material metabolism of general industrial solid waste and hazardous waste. Identified challenges in industrial solid waste management via questionnaire and field interviews. Constructed a multi-objective decision planning model for solid waste decoupling to simulate industrial development and waste generation under various scenarios.
