πŸ‘¨β€πŸ«Professional Profile 🌟

Driven by a passion for pharmacology and physiological sciences, I earned my Master of Pharmacy in 2012 from the University of Kragujevac, Serbia. Subsequently, I embarked on a transformative Ph.D. journey, specializing in Clinical and Experimental Pharmacology (2012-2015). My doctoral thesis focused on the impactful theme of preconditioning isolated hearts with ischemia and proton pump inhibitors, exploring their effects on cardiodynamics and coronary flow.

Engaging in various organizational roles, I actively contributed to physiological science congresses, furthering collaborative discourse. Notable involvements include the organization of the 2nd Congress of Physiological Science in Serbia and the 2nd European Section Meeting of the International Academy of Cardiovascular Sciences.

In my academic career, I started as an Assistant Trainee in the Department of Pharmaceutical Chemistry (2013-2015), progressing to Assistant and then Associate Professor roles at the University of Kragujevac. A dedicated Postdoctoral Associate at the University of Louisville, KY, USA (2016-2018), I currently serve as an Adjunct Assistant Professor, bridging my expertise between pharmaceutical chemistry and physiology. πŸŒπŸ“š #Pharmacology #PhysiologicalSciences #AcademicJourney #ResearchExcellence
