Dr. Elfakharani earned his PhD in International Trade and Investment Law from Universiti Utara Malaysia. He holds a Master of Laws from Almonofia University, Egypt, and a Bachelor of Laws from Zagazig University, Egypt. He also completed a legal studies program at Martin Luther University, Germany.
