Dr. Malashevskyi pursued his PhD in Geodesy, Cartography, and Photogrammetry in 2011 from Kyiv National University of Construction and Architecture. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Land Management and Cadastre (2005) from the same institution. His academic excellence has been recognized through numerous leadership positions, including serving as Head of the Land Management, Cadastre, and Geoinformatics Chair.

With over 20 years of experience, Dr. Malashevskyi has held significant roles in academia and research. Since 2019, he has been a Leading Research Scientist at the Institute of Land Management, NAAS of Ukraine. He was previously a Professor at Sumy National Agrarian University (2017-2019) and a member of the Scientific and Technical Council of Kyiv Institute of Land Relations (2013-2019). His administrative expertise includes leading the Research and Development Centre for Sustainable Land Management.
