My academic journey includes master’s degrees from Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and Bangladesh Agricultural University, where I achieved commendable results. Additionally, my secondary and higher secondary education reflects a strong foundation in science.

In terms of professional experience, I have held various roles in academia, starting as a lecturer and progressing to positions of increasing responsibility, including assistant professor, associate professor, and currently as a professor in the Department of Agro-Processing at Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Agricultural University. Prior to this, I served as the Chairman of the Department of Food Science and Nutrition at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University.

Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a dedication to the field of food science and engineering, combining academic excellence with practical experience to contribute meaningfully to research, teaching, and administrative responsibilities.
