Zhou Jinxing (b. 1972) is a professor and doctoral supervisor specializing in soil and water conservation, desertification control, and ecological restoration. He leads the “Comprehensive Prevention and Control Technology and Demonstration of Soil Erosion in the Southwest Mountainous Canyon Area” under China’s 14th Five-Year National Key Research and Development Program. He directs multiple ecological research centers and advisory committees and is an expert in forestry and grassland administration. Zhou has led over 20 major scientific projects and published 300+ research papers. His contributions span ecological restoration engineering, karst desertification control, and environmental sustainability.
